Purpose and expectation

You are invited to participate in the IDEO activation event, kickstarting the mobility movement.

From the initial workshop in October, and research and synthesis creation during the past months, IDEO is now ready to present their results, bringing us to the launch of the project.

The goal is to understand the vision of the mobility challenge, and setting up all participants to meaningfully contribute to bringing it to life.

Expect a high-energy, high-touch meeting held in Gothenburg together with other key stakeholders for the shift towards sustainable and smart transportation in Sweden.

Indicate interest to participate January 10 at the latest. Please note that the number of participants is limited, you will receive a confirmation from the organizers as soon as possible.

Looking forward to co-work with you on January 16!

Charlotte Lejon, Peter Engdahl, Erik Asph-Hennerdal and Sasan Shaba from the Swedish Energy Agency
Jesper Johansson, Olle Dierks and Jenny Lundgren from Swedish Incubators & Science Parks

Scope

  • Share the overall structure of the challenge
  • Provide insights into human behaviour change
  • Focusing on key life moments
  • Offer new tools for collaborating towards implementing mobility solutions
  • Work together to set concrete goals and targets for 2018 and beyond

Your role

The IDEO Activation Event will be generative, participatory and solutions-oriented, so please come prepared to both learn and create new directions for mobility as a service. Please dress business casual, and we will provide brain food during the day.

Background

Sustainable Mobility as a Service is an international project initiated by A Challenge from Sweden to meet mobility needs of tomorrow.

Built on a human centered, challenge driven approach, the project is co-developing new solutions and profitable business models that contribute to Sweden reaching a fossil neutral transportation sector before 2030.

A Challenge from Sweden is a platform for need driven innovation founded by the Swedish Energy Agency, and co-developed with Swedish Incubators & Science Parks. The platform connects committed customers, solution providers, investors and experts to collaborate on the transition towards 100% renewable and the vision of a sustainable energy system.
